Elaasta is an innovation start-up that unleashes the power of digital marketing. We grew up in respect of the Italian traditional entrepreneurship watching accomplishments and failures of small – and medium-sized companies that somehow have inspired us to be part of the next intense future.

We are true business consultants and entrepreneurs who help you understand the modern world of marketing. By taking an active role, our approach leverages the right mix of strategies releasing the true soul of Companies. elena pistone

Elena is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Elaasta Srl. She graduated in Interpretariato e Traduzione from the Università degli Studi di Torino and obtained the C-IDP Corporate Governance certification from the INSEAD University in Paris. More recently she has focused on Sustainability studies, achieving a Business Sustainability Management Certificate (CISL) form the University of Cambridge. Elena has a 20-year professional track-record started in 2003 as a Marketing Specialist at Seica S.p.A. Over the years she has covered multiple executive roles at leading corporations focusing on Strategic Corporate Marketing and Corporate Digital Transformation, including a position of Digital Program Manager at Vodafone Italy. She has been the Head of Marketing and External Relations at RGI Spa between 2010 and 2019, later promoted to Chief of Corporate Services. In 2020 she partnered with Università Cattolica (CeTIF) founding Wesmarti, an innovative Insurtech startup aimed at promoting digital disruptive Financial Services based on blockchain technology. In 2021 she started a new business adventure as the co-founder of Elaasta, innovative startup voted to supporting Italian SMEs in diving the modern challenges of Strategic Marketing and Digital Transformation. She was also appointed member of the Risk and Control Committee as well as Independent Advisor of the Board of Directors at Revo SPAC, important publicly listed company. Elena is currently involved in institutional roles including that of member of the ICT Committee at Confindustria Canavese, which she has been covering since 2019.

Simona Battaglino is Co-founder and Partner of Elaasta Srl. She received an Executive Master Certificate in Brand Reputation & Digital Communication from the 24ORE – Business School. She owns a solid professional experience gained within the Fashion Industry where she started her career in 2001 working at Giorgio Armani S.p.A. in the role of Sales Manager for the Northern Italian supply chain, later promoted to Export Area Manager in 2006 with responsibility over the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. In 2009 she started a new adventure as Sales Director at Tactical People S.r.l. – SAP Gold Partner company of the Sidigroup focusing in Information and Communications Technology – while in 2017 she was nominated CEO at Infuse S.r.l. In 2021 Simona co-founded Elaasta, innovative startup aimed at supporting local companies in facing the new challenges of the marketing, communications and digitalization industries.
